five units - in Zaporizhia, Luhansk regional and Kiev city public administrations, including the first deputy and the vice-chairman - the chief of staff;
four units - in Kiev, Lviv, Odessa, Kherson regional and Sevastopol city public administrations, including the first deputy and the vice-chairman - the chief of staff;
three units - in the Vinnytsia, Volynsk, Zhytomyr, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Nikolaev, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkassk, Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regional public administrations, including the first deputy and the vice-chairman - the chief of staff;".
