About determination of the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities in spheres of hydrocarbons, servicing of physical persons and legal entities
According to the subitem 2) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2014 "About permissions and notifications" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Determine licensors by implementation of licensing of activities according to appendix to this resolution:
1) in the field of hydrocarbons - Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) in the field of servicing of physical persons and legal entities - Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 15.04.2016 No. 221
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
