According to the subitem 14) of Item 15 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction on the organization of protection of public order in case of mitigation of consequences of accidents, the fires, natural disasters and in case of other emergency situations according to appendix to this order.

2. To committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Lepekh I. V.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication;

3) publication of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Committees of administrative police (Lepekh I. V.), on emergency situations (Petrov V. V). Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
