About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Article 15 of the Law on the state security agencies No. 619-XIII of October 31, 1995 (1997, 115), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 10-11, in the following edition:
"Article 15. Service of the state protection
The service of the state protection is the state body with special powers in the field of state security specializing in protection of high-ranking officials of the Republic of Moldova, foreign high-ranking officials for the period of their stay in the Republic of Moldova, and also in ensuring protection of working buildings and those residences.".
Art. II. – In part (6) article 6 of the Law on fight against terrorism No. 539-XV of October 12, 2001 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 147-149, 1163), with subsequent changes, changes concern only the text in state language.
Art. III. – In the Law on wages system in the budget sphere No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 35-38, 148), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
