In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 15, 2015 No. UP-4725 "About Measures for Ensuring Reliable Protection of Private Property, Small Business and Private Entrepreneurship, Removal of Barriers to Their Accelerated Development", and also for the purpose of simplification of procedures for implementation of foreign economic activity the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve the List of the documents submitted to bodies of the State Customs Service when implementing export-import transactions according to appendix.

2. Reclamation by bodies of the State Customs Service when implementing by subjects of entrepreneurship of foreign economic activity of additional documents is forbidden:

not provided by this resolution;

available bodies of the State Customs Service or in other state bodies and other organizations rendering the state services.

3. To the ministries and departments to bring the departmental regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution in a month.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
