1. Approve the enclosed list of the legal entities realizing investment projects on the terms of competitive placement which in 2015 compensates from means of the republican budget part of interest for using bank loans (further - the list).
2. Determine that compensation condition to the legal entities included in the list from means of the republican budget of part of interest for using bank loans according to this resolution is achievement by them of the indicators specified in the list.
3. Confer the personal responsibility for ensuring accomplishment in 2015 with the legal entities included in the list, the indicators specified in the list on their heads, heads (deputy managers) of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees.
4. To the Ministry of Finance in the procedure established by the legislation to provide compensation to the legal entities included in the list, parts of interest for using bank loans in 2015.
5. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees according to which offers the decision on provision of the state support to the legal entities included in the list is made:
provide control over the implementation by these legal entities of the indicators specified in the list;
