About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods according to obligations of the Russian Federation within the WTO

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and based on the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3;

d) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with notes 36C - 38C of the following content:

"<36C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 7% of customs value, but at least 2 euros for 1 piece, are applied from 01.09.2015 till 31.08.2016 inclusive.

<37С> The rate of import customs duty in the amount of 7% of customs value, but is at least 1, 5 euros for 1 piece, is applied from 01.09.2015 till 31.08.2016 inclusive.
