About procedure for issue of single blank forms of certificates of conformity, forms of appendices to certificates of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union

For the purpose of implementation of article 53 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for issue of single blank forms of certificates of conformity, forms of appendices to certificates of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union according to appendix.

2. Determine the Kyrgyz center of accreditation under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic by authorized body by issue of single blank forms of certificates of conformity, forms of appendices to certificates of conformity to requirements of technical regulations of the Customs union.

3. To the Kyrgyz center of accreditation under the Ministry of Economy and Trade of the Kyrgyz Republic to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 01.04.2021 No. 128

5. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014.
