1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on creation, development and operation of analytical information system of ensuring openness of the activities of federal executive bodies placed on the Internet (www.programs.gov.ru).

Determine that actions for creation, development and operation of analytical information system of ensuring openness of the activities of federal executive bodies placed on the Internet (www.programs.gov.ru) are performed within the budgetary appropriations provided to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation by the Federal Law on the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period on the specified purposes.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation implementation of actions, specified in Item 2 of this resolution.

4. To federal executive bodies in 2-month time to take the organizational and administrative measures provided by the Provision approved by this resolution.

5. Item 32 of the Provision approved by this resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2016.
