About increase (education) in share of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capitals of some joint-stock companies
According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 28, 2006 "About enhancement of legal regulation of procedure for rendering the state support to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 182
1. Increase (to form) share of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capitals of joint-stock companies on the amount of the state support provided from the republican budget in 2014 in type:
compensations of part of interest for using bank loans, according to appendix 1;
financial aid, according to appendix 2.
2. To provide to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees together with the State committee on property in three-months time in accordance with the established procedure the solution of the questions connected with transfer into the ownership of the Republic of Belarus of the shares of joint-stock companies issued according to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
