No. 223-230, 519), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Item b) article 29 of the Law No. 229 of September 23, 2010 on the state internal financial control (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 231-234, 730), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve standard Regulations on activities of financial services it (is applied).
1-1. Determine that financial services are the divisions created as a part of central offices of the central bodies of the public power, which are under direct supervision of heads of bodies of the public power.
If the extreme number of staff of the administrative authorities subordinated to the ministries and subordinated to other central administrative authorities which are under supervision of the Government makes less than 100 units of personnel, according to the solution of management of the ministry or heads of other central administrative authorities which are under supervision of the Government, powers in the field of finance are performed by higher body.
2. To the ministries, the State office and other central administrative authorities subordinated to the Government, and also organizational structures from the sphere of their competence (subordinated administrative authorities, deconcentrated and subordinated public services, and also public organizations in which the ministry, the State office or other central administrative authority acts as the founder), in view of requirements of the specified standard Provision and for the purpose of effective implementation of obligations of financial service:
