For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Russian Federation about cooperation in the field of transportation, distributions and realization of natural gas" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

- Regulations on experimental designing and construction of gas supply systems for food preparation and heating of residential buildings from 11 to 18 floors high according to appendix 1;

- Regulations on special specifications on designing and construction of gas supply systems for food preparation and heating of residential buildings from 11 to 18 floors high according to appendix 2.

2. To the state agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to perform forming of the list of objects for experimental designing and construction of gas supply systems for food preparation and heating of residential buildings from 11 to 18 floors high according to the Regulations on designing and construction of experimental objects in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 24, 2009 No. 46.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of construction, transport and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
