b) the artificial islands located on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, installations, constructions which are put into operation and are used on the date of entry into force of this resolution, and the rights to them are subject to registration according to the Rules of registration of artificial islands, installations, the constructions located on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, and the rights to them approved by this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation in 3-month time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to approve:
a) statement form from the register of the artificial islands, installations, constructions located on the continental shelf of the Russian Federation, and the rights to them certifying the carried-out registration of artificial islands, installations, constructions and rights to them;
