1. Approve the enclosed Rules of state registration of documents of strategic planning and maintaining the federal state document register of strategic planning.

2. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation till December 1, 2015 to create the federal state document register of strategic planning.

3. From December 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016 to provide to federal bodies of the government submission to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of the documents and data necessary for state registration of the documents of strategic planning approved (approved) till December 1, 2015.

4. Recommend to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies to provide from December 1, 2015 to July 1, 2016 submission to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of the documents and data specified in Item 3 of this resolution.

5. Realization of the powers established according to this resolution is performed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the corresponding federal executive bodies within the number of employees of the specified federal bodies, and also budgetary appropriations provided by it in the federal budget for the corresponding financial year and planning period established by the Government of the limiting Russian Federation.
