About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food to bring own acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective in 45 days from the date of its publication, except paragraphs of the third and fourth Item of 1 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2016, and the paragraph of the thirtieth subitem 1 of item 4 of the changes approved by this resolution which becomes effective since June 1, 2016.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Items 14 and 17 of the Procedure for movement of goods at the check points through frontier located in the territory of seaports of Ukraine during container transports in through mixed traffic, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of April 2, 2009 No. 320 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, No. 26, Art. 870; 2012, No. 17, to the Art. 618) to state in the following edition:

"14. Goods inspection can be carried out at the initiative of the customs applicant or person authorized by it in coordination with customs authority or at the initiative of customs authority in the cases determined by Article 338 of the Customs code of Ukraine.
