About modification of some decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission

According to article 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union subsubline item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of subsubline item according to appendix No. 2;

c) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3.

2. Boards of the Eurasian economic commission to prepare the draft decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council about modification of the List of sensitive goods on which the decision on change of rate of import customs duty is made by Council of the Eurasian economic commission, No. 18 approved by the Decision of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (The Supreme body of the Customs union) of November 27, 2009.
