Bring in the Rules of provision of long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 5, 1998 No. 1597 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 40, Art. 1486; 2001, No. 7, Art. 282; 2002, No. 44, Art. 2016; 2003, No. 29, Art. 1477; 2005, No. 50, Art. 3125; 2008, No. 46, Art. 1497; 2012, No. 43, the Art. 1669), changes which are applied.

The changes made to Rules of provision of long-term loans to individual builders of housing in the village

1. Add Item 6 with paragraphs of the following content:

"Interests on credit are also not charged to such borrowers (on condition of their address or full age members of their families with the corresponding statement):

to the military personnel, spouses in which the spouse is serviceman that is confirmed by the copy of the military ID, - since the beginning and before the end of the special period;

to reservists and persons liable for call-up, spouses in which the spouse is reservist or the person liable for call-up that is confirmed by the certificate of military commissariat or military unit of stay on military service, - from the moment of appeal on mobilization and before the end of passing of military service during the special period.".

2. Add Item 23 with paragraphs of the following content:

"For payment delay the penalty fee is not charged to such borrowers (on condition of their address or full age members of their families with the corresponding statement):

to the military personnel, spouses in which the spouse is serviceman that is confirmed by the copy of the military ID, - since the beginning and before the end of the special period;
