1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining and provision of information and (or) data from the state town-planning inventory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To provide to committee on cases of construction, housing and communal services and management of land resources of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction on official publication of this order in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of maintaining and provision of information and (or) data from the State town-planning inventory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of maintaining and provision of information and (or) data from the State town-planning inventory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About architectural, town-planning and construction activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and determine procedure for maintaining and submission of information and (or) data from the State town-planning inventory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The basic concepts used in these rules:

6) the automated information system of the State town-planning inventory – the specialized information system of the state town-planning inventory providing collection, storage, processing, access, display and distribution of cartographic and attributive space and coordinate data (geospatial data);

7) accounting units of the State town-planning inventory – elements of the organized and used territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in general, areas, areas, settlements, real estate objects, including all types of volume, plane and linear constructions;

8) information resources of system of the state town-planning inventory is preproject, project and town-planning documentation, information layers of thematic bases, topographical and executive shootings;

9) the topographical plan - cartographic display to the planes in orthogonal projection in certain scale of the limited site of the area within which curvature of the equalized surface is not considered;
