Allocate to regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on other nation-wide questions, 945 million rubles for encouragement of winners of competition for achievement in 2014 of the best indicators in the field of social and economic development and in economy of the fuel and energy and material resources brought on the Republican honor roll according to appendix.

2. Recommend to perform payment at the expense of the winners of competition for achievement in 2014 of the best indicators in the field of social and economic development and in the economy of fuel and energy and material resources brought on the Republican honor roll, the one-time monetary reward specified in appendix to this resolution of cash bonus:

2.1. to heads of local executive and administrative organs - in the amount of no more than 10 percent from the allocated amount;

2.2. to heads of the organizations - in the amount of no more than 20 percent from the allocated amount;

2.3. to employees of local executive and administrative organs and organizations - depending on their personal deposit in achievement of good results of work in the amount of on one worker, not exceeding specified in subitem 2.1 of this Item.
