"3) from the device of challenge of the emergency field services established in the vehicle which is registered in network of mobile radiotelephone communication of this telecom operator, on the communication network functioning within the territory of the same subject of the Russian Federation providing functioning of the State automated information system "ERA-GLONASS" in case of information transfer about road and transport and other incident on the highway in the Russian Federation;
4) from the automated information system "ERA-GLONASS" of the communication network functioning within the territory of the same subject of the Russian Federation providing functioning State on the device of challenge of the emergency field services established in the vehicle which is registered in network of mobile radiotelephone communication of this telecom operator.".
