About approval of procedure for involvement of the unemployed to social jobs

For the purpose of more active involvement of the unemployed to social jobs the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve the Procedure for involvement of the unemployed to social jobs according to the appendix N 1.

2. Determine that:

since January 1, 2005 bodies of local public authority shall provide attraction to accomplishment of social jobs of at least 5 percent of persons from among the unemployed who are on accounting in employment agencies of the population;

involvement of the unemployed to social jobs is made only from their consent, and employment - on the basis of the individual employment contract;

the unemployed will not be involved in the social jobs connected with natural disaster response and other similar works.

3. To employment agencies of the population annually by November 1 to represent to bodies of local public authority the necessary need for the unemployed who are subject to attraction to social jobs next year according to the quota established in Item 2 of this resolution.

4. To bodies of local public authority on the basis of offers of territorial agencies of employment of the population to annually provide in budgets of administrative and territorial units financial resources of special purpose for involvement of the unemployed to social jobs.

5. To the Ministry of Economy and Trade:

take additional measures for active implementation of temporary employment of the unemployed;

provide the complete statistical recording of participation of the unemployed in social jobs;
