About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 No. 94/5

1. In Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 No. 94/5 "About establishment of operating procedure on putting down of apostille on documents on state registration of acts of civil status", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 23, 2012 on No. 94/20407 (with changes):
Word in paragraph three of "Department for civil status of citizens" shall be replaced with words 1) "Department of civil status";
Word in paragraph four of "Head department of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea" to exclude 2), "cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words words "city of Kiev".
2. In application to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 No. 94/5 "About establishment of operating procedure on putting down of apostille on documents on state registration of acts of civil status", registrated in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 23, 2012 on No. 94/20407, of the word "In Department for Civil Status of Citizens" shall be replaced with words "In Department of civil status of citizens".
