1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 7, 2012 No. 586 "About approval of Rules for apportionment of quotas for emissions of greenhouse gases" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 48, the Art. 655) the following changes:
in Rules for apportionment of quotas for emissions of the greenhouse gases approved by the specified resolution:
exclude Item 14;
state Item 16 in the following edition:
"16. The authorized body in the field of environmental protection submits for approval of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan the developed draft of the national plan not later than three months before start date of term of its action.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
