in Rules of reference of the types of economic activity to classes of professional risk approved by the specified resolution:

exclude Item 2;

add Item 10 with part three of the following content:

"In case when the insurer has the branch (branches) performing (performing) activities, other than the insurer, it is subject to reference to that type of economic activity to which there corresponds its class of professional risk. At the same time the branch (branches) shall (shall) have confirmation about the type of economic activity performed by it (them).".

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
