About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2005 No. 652 "About approval of Rules of reference of types of economic activity to classes of professional risk".

2. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 19, 2010 No. 1078 "About modification of the orders of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2005 No. 652 and of July 20, 2005 No. 750".

3. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 2, 2015 No. 184 "About approval of Rules of certification of single sample to the rehabilitee, sample of the certificate of the rehabilitee and recognition No. 1055 which voided resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 22, 1993 "About procedure for providing with certificates of the rehabilitees who underwent to political repressions".

4. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 24, 2015 No. 583 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2005 No. 652 "About approval of Rules of reference of types of economic activity to classes of professional risk".
