2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 22, 1993 No. 1055 "About procedure for providing with certificates of the rehabilitees who underwent to political repressions".
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
