In pursuance of the resolution of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 14, 1993. "About enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About recovery of victims of mass political repressions" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan
DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed sample of the certificate of the rehabilitated citizen of the right to privileges.
2. Determine that to persons having the right to privileges, the stipulated in Article 18 Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About recovery of victims of mass political repressions" executive bodies of areas and cities based on the certificate of rehabilitation or the copy of determination (resolution) of court issue the certificate of single sample of the right to privileges.
3. To provide to the Ministry of Press and mass information of the Republic of Kazakhstan production of forms of the certificate of the rehabilitated citizen of the right to privileges according to the sample approved by this resolution according to requests of heads of regional administrations at the expense of the means of the republican budget provided on these purposes.
