About questions of production organization of cars

For the purpose of creation of conditions for the organization in the Republic of Belarus I decide productions of cars:

1. Enable the realization of the investment project "Production Organization on Assembly of Cars for 2012-2030" (further – the investment project) including construction and commissioning of the plant on production of cars (further – the plant) and objects of internal and external engineering and transport infrastructure to it according to the investment agreement of April 17, 2012 No. ID-1042, the prisoner between the Republic of Belarus and BELAZ open joint stock company – managing company of BELAZ-HOLDING holding, joint private company of Soyuzavtotekhnologiya, joint private company "BELDZhI", Zhejiang Jirun Automobile Co., Ltd (People's Republic of China).

2. Determine:

the joint private company "BELDZhI" (further – SZAO "BELDZhI") enabling the realization of the investment project, the customer on designing, construction and picking of the plant and objects of internal engineering and transport infrastructure to it "on a turn-key basis" and also engineering services, land management and other works connected with construction of the plant;

the utility affiliated unitary enterprise "Management of Capital Construction of Borisovsky District" (further – the company "UKS of Borisovsky District") the customer on designing and construction of facilities of external engineering and transport infrastructure to the plant taking into account carrying out from the territory of building of engineering networks of the existing infrastructure to border of the parcel of land determined in subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of this Decree.
