The legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan strengthening protection of copyright and related rights are applied if do not contradict the rules established by the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Now the Republic of Kazakhstan is participant of the following international treaties regulating these legal relationship:
