About organization of the Banner of the State Customs Committee

For the purpose of preserving and development of historical traditions of customs authorities, I decide increases in responsibility of officials for accomplishment of office debt:

1. Found the Banner of the State Customs Committee.

2. Approve Regulations on the Banner of the State Customs Committee, its description and the image (are attached).

3. Hand founded by this Decree Banner of the State Customs Committee to the State Customs Committee.

4. To perform financing of expenses on production of the official heraldic symbol founded by this Decree within the means provided in the republican budget.

5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Regulations on the Banner of the State Customs Committee

1. Banner of the State Customs Committee (further - the Banner) - especially the medal which is symbol of honor, valor and glory, serving as reminder to each official of customs authorities about fidelity of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, need of faultless fulfillment of duties on protection of economic safety of the Republic of Belarus, the prevention and suppression of smuggling, other crimes, administrative offenses against procedure for customs regulation, to observance of the international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, other international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union, and the legislation on customs regulation regulating customs legal relationship.

2. The banner is handed to the State Customs Committee on behalf of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
