About organization of official heraldic symbols of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of preserving and development of historical traditions of system of courts of law of the Republic of Belarus, increase in prestige of profession of the judge, assistance to enhancement of judicial activities I decide:

1. Found:

emblem of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus;

flag of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus;

the breastplate of difference of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus "For адданасць правасуддзю".

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on emblem of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, its description and image;

Regulations on flag of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, its description and image;

Regulations on the breastplate of difference of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus "For адданасць правасуддзю", its description and the image.

3. "For адданасць правасуддзю" to perform financing of expenses on production of the official heraldic symbols and certificates founded by this Decree to the breastplate of difference of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on content of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.

4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
