About marking of alcoholic beverages

For the purpose of ensuring economic interests of the state:

1. Determine that:

1.1. in cases if according to the international treaties and acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union regulating customs legal relationship, and (or) the legislation of the Republic of Belarus concerning the alcoholic beverages imported to the Republic of Belarus which are subject to marking by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus customs transactions are made and customs control is carried out, such alcoholic beverages are marked by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus outside the territory of the Republic of Belarus or in its territory on:

customs warehouses which list is determined by the State Customs Committee;

the warehouses of temporary storage located in the territory of the Republic of Belarus which owners are persons responsible for content of departmental Item of the customs clearance placed in the territory of such warehouse of temporary storage whose list is determined by the State Customs Committee;

1.2. import to the Republic of Belarus, movement on its territories, storage on it on the customs warehouses or warehouses of temporary storage specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item, the alcoholic beverages which are subject to marking by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus for their marking on such customs warehouses or warehouses of temporary storage in the territory of the Republic of Belarus are allowed not marked by excise stamps of the Republic of Belarus.

2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.

3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:

3.1. Item 2 - after official publication of this Decree;

3.2. other provisions of this Decree - in three months after its official publication.
