About approval of standards of the state services in the field of highways

According to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) the standard of the state service "Approval of Placement of Objects of Outdoor (Visual) Advertising in Strip of Withdrawal of Highways Public of the International and Republican Value", according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the standard of the state service "Approval of Placement of Objects of Outdoor (Visual) Advertising in Strip of Withdrawal of Highways Public of Regional and District Value", according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the standard of the state service "Issue of Permission to Crossing of Highways of the International and Republican Value by Channels, Communication Lines and Electricity Transmissions, Oil Pipelines, Gas Pipelines, Water Supply Systems and Railroads and Other Engineering Networks and Communications", according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the standard of the state service "Approval of Construction of Access Roads and Adjunctions to Highways Public", according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To committee of highways of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Pshembayev M. K.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
