For the purpose of creation of necessary conditions for development of domestic web resources, the domestic market of competitive software products and services, and also ensuring access to open information on state bodies and their activities according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About openness of activities of state governing bodies" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Agree with offers of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications and the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan on start of the Portal of open data within the Government portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Internet providing to physical persons and legal entities information access in machine-readable format with possibility of its repeated, free and free use.
2. Approve Regulations on the Portal of open data of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
3. Determine the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan by responsible body for forming and development of the Portal of open data of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. To the ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
in two weeks to develop and approve Regulations of forming of open data, their placements and processing;
