1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Registration Certificate of the Foreign Carriers Performing the Activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Accomplishment of the International Irregular Flights" according to appendix 2 to this order.

Recognize invalid subitems 2) and 3) of Item 1 of the order of the Minister of Transport and communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2014 as No. 243 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of activities of airfields (helidromes), foreign carriers, aviation training centers and aviation personnel, aviation safety and use of airspace" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 9463).
