For the purpose of enhancement of coordination of activities of state bodies and other organizations for counteraction to extremism and fight against terrorism I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the commission on counteraction to extremism and fight against terrorism.

4. Regional, Minsk city to executive committees in three-months time:

approve structures and regulations of work according to regional, Minsk city the commissions on counteraction to extremism and fight against terrorism;

provide approval of lists of crucial objects **, located in the territory of the respective areas (Minsk).

** For the purposes of this Decree crucial objects are understood as objects of social, production, engineering and transport, energy, information and communication and other infrastructure which violation of functioning as a result of the act of terrorism or mass riots can promote destabilization of public order and achievement of other purposes of terrorism and (or) to entail the human victims, damnification to human health or the environment, significant material damage and violation of conditions of life activity of people.

5. To Committee for State Security and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in three-months time to take measures for implementation of this Decree.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State secretariat of the Security Council of the Republic of Belarus.

7. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
