1. Approve the enclosed Rules of licensing to the organizations performing separate types of banking activities on collection of banknotes, coins and values (further - Rules).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To the organizations which are performing separate types of banking activities, having the license of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan for carrying out banking activity on collection of banknotes, coins and values within six months from the date of enforcement of this resolution to bring the activities into accord with Rules.

4. To department of cash circulation (to Amangeldiyev A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) together with Legal support department (Dosmukhambetov N. M.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
