1. This Provision determines procedure and conditions of assignment to the place of burial of the status of the historical and memorial place of burial.
2. For the purposes of this provision the main terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About burial and funeral case" are used.
3. Assignment to the place of burial of the status of the historical and memorial place of burial is performed regional (To the Minsk city) by executive committees in coordination with the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities.
The status of the historical and memorial place of burial is given to the place of burial or separate graves (sites, sectors), crypts, cemeteries, columbaria located in the place of burial.
