1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Judicial Authorities and Other State Bodies, and also Notaries of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2014 No. 36 "About approval of regulations of the state services in questions of civil registration and apostilization" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9114, published in information system of law of Ad_let of March 4, 2014);
