About approval of some conditions of compulsory social insurance

According to the Resolution of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova N 350-XIII of December 27, 1994. "About enforcement of the Law on the budget of Social fund for 1995" the Government of the Republic of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Conditions and procedure for compulsory national social insurance of persons who are engaged in profitable business activity (appendix N 1);

Conditions and procedure for compulsory national social insurance of peasant farms (appendix N 2);

Conditions and procedure for compulsory national social insurance of the citizens working outside the Republic of Moldova under the agreement (appendix N 3).

2. Authorize Social fund of the Republic of Moldova to develop and approve necessary documents for unconditional application by all contractors of the specified Conditions.

3. Recognize invalid Conditions and procedure for the national social insurance of persons who are engaged in individual labor activity including on the terms of individual (group) lease or in personal peasant farm, the members of family companies approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 262 of May 21, 1991, having excluded from the name and the text of the resolution of the reference to the specified Conditions.

Conditions and procedure for compulsory national insurance of persons who are engaged in profitable business activity

1. The national social insurance of persons who are engaged in business activity (further - entrepreneurs), is obligatory. Fees on the national social insurance are paid on the rates approved by Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.
