Based on Item 7 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1595, and in pursuance of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 30, 2012 No. 1105 "About approval of the list of actions technical (technological, testing) nature" the Department of Energy of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve enclosed:

The instruction about procedure bodies of the state energy supervision of survey of technical condition of electroinstallations and assessment of the organization of their operation in organizations of education;

The instruction about procedure bodies of the state energy supervision of survey of technical condition of electroinstallations and assessment of the organization of their operation on building sites;

The instruction about procedure bodies of the state energy supervision of survey of technical condition and assessment of operability of systems of automatic control of heatconsumption.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
