Bring in the Procedure for issue of permissions to work on lands of water fund approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 2005 No. 557 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 28, Art. 1631; 2011, No. 84, Art. 3079; 2012, No. 8, the Art. 297, No. 22, the Art. 834), changes which are applied.

The changes made to the Procedure for issue of permissions to work on lands for water fund

1. 1, 3 and 5 to state Items in the following edition:

"1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of issue of permission to carrying out dredging works, laying of cables, pipelines and other communications on lands of water fund (further - permission).";

"3. Permissions are issued:

Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources - in case of work on lands of water fund within coastal protective strips along the seas, sea gulfs and estuaries, in internal sea waters, estuaries and the territorial sea;

Gosvodagentstvom in coordination with Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources - in case of carrying out on lands of water fund of dredging works, works on laying of cables, pipelines and other communications (except works on lands of water fund within coastal protective strips along the seas, sea gulfs and estuaries, in internal sea waters, estuaries and the territorial sea).";

"5. For receipt of permission the subject of managing submits the application to relevant organ, authorized to issue it. Are enclosed to the application:

the copies of constituent documents certified by the legal entity (for legal entities);
