About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning implementation of transactions with electronic money
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 40, of 56, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About payment systems and money transfer in Ukraine", article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the markets of financial services in Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of normative legal regulation of the activities connected with release and use of electronic money, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Changes in the Regulations on electronic money in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 04, 2010 No. 481, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 24, 2010 on No. 1336/18631 (further - Changes) which are applied.
2. In rates for services in registration and licensing, provided by the National Bank of Ukraine, the Boards of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 12, 2003 No. 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 787/8108 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 28, 2012 No. 208) (with changes), in the name of service at number 53 of the word "and issuer of electronic money of the document testimonial of approval of rules of use of electronic money" to exclude.
