About establishment of the tariff quotas on import in 2016 of separate types of agricultural goods on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to articles 44 and 45 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, appendices No. 6 and 7 to it and the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Establish concerning separate types of the agricultural goods imported in 2016 on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, the tariff quotas and amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix (further - the tariff quotas).

2. Determine that:

the tariff quotas are applied to the agricultural goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS;

the goods specified in Item 1 of this Decision are included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries, stipulated in Item 4 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation are applied to the third countries (appendix № 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and published on the official site of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Internet.
