1. Establish amount of remuneration to "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company (further – Development bank) for implementation of functions on asset management:
from September, 2015 to August, 2017 (taking into account works on acceptance of assets and expenses on acquisition (completion) of the software) in the amount of annual interest rate 0,14 from remaining balance of principal debt on the credits of banks acquired by the Ministry of Finance as of the beginning of the last operational day of month under report;
since September, 2017 – in the amount of annual interest rate 0,11 from remaining balance of principal debt on the credits of banks acquired by the Ministry of Finance as of the beginning of the last operational day of month under report.
2. Determine that:
2.1. The Ministry of Finance monthly pays to Development bank remuneration for implementation of functions on asset management based on the calculation constituted by Development bank for form according to appendix;
2.2. Development bank no later than the 10th following reporting directs the calculation specified in subitem 2.1 of this Item to the Ministry of Finance;
