About wages increase to workers of the budget sphere

For the purpose of improvement of financial position of workers of the budget sphere the Government DECIDES:

1. Raise for 15% the tariff charges and official pay rates to workers of the budget sphere and establish them in the sizes specified in the appendices N 1 - 4.

2. From the moment of introduction of the new sizes of the tariff charges and official pay rates all increases, allowances and surcharges established in percentage ratio to the tariff charge or official pay rate are estimated from their new sizes, and established in the fixed sizes or otherwise applied in earlier established procedures and the sizes.

3. To enact provisions of Items 1 and 2:

1) ceased to be valid

2) for government employees, employees of degrees of jurisdiction and bodies of prosecutor's office (prosecutors and magistrates), and also the workers performing the maintenance providing activities of bodies of the public power - since December 1, 2003.

4. Compensation for grid of persons holding the positions specific to national defense, state security and law enforcement agencies is made in accordance with the terms of the appendix N 5.

5. The monthly tariff charges and official pay rates provided in the appendix N 3 to this resolution will be applied to pedagogical personnel and managerial personnel of secondary professional education since January 1, 2004, and to pedagogical personnel and managerial personnel of secondary vocational education - since September 1, 2004.

Secondary vocational education institutions will cover cost for these purposes for the account and within allocated funds.
