Some questions of ensuring activities of Public service for safety on transport

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Liquidate as legal entities of the public law territorial authorities of the State inspectorate for safety on the land transport according to the list according to appendix 1.

2. Determine that legal successor of property, the rights and obligations of territorial authorities of the State inspectorate for safety on the land transport which are liquidated according to Item 1 of this resolution is Public service on safety on transport.

3. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of infrastructure relatively:

liquidations of interregional territorial authorities of the State inspectorate for safety on sea and river transport as structural divisions of the office of Inspectorate for the list according to appendix 2;

formations of territorial authorities of Public service on safety on transport as structural divisions of the office of Service according to the list according to appendix 3.

4. Bring in appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 5, 2014 No. 85 "Some questions limiting approval of number of workers of the device and territorial authorities of the central executive bodies, other state bodies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, Art. No. 29 814) the following changes:
