1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Numerous Crossing of Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the Kazakhstan Courts for Conducting Trade Activities in Territorial Waters (Sea), Internal Waters and on the Continental Shelf" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Omission on Entrance and Stay in Borderland" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Omission on Exit in Territorial Waters (Sea) and Internal Waters of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazakhstan Undersized Self-propelled and Not Self-propelled (Surface and Underwater) Vessels (Means) and Vehicles on Ice" according to appendix 3 to this order.

2. To the border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Border service of KNB RK) (to Dilmanov D. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;
