DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

of June 2, 2015 No. 85

About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods according to obligations of the Russian Federation within the WTO

According to articles 42 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and based on the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) since September 1, 2015:

exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 1;

include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

in the additional note of the Eurasian Economic Union 3 to group of 44 CN FEA EEU to replace the 4412 99 300 1 code of the CN FEA EEU with the codes "4412 94 100 1, 4412 99 300 1, 4412 99 500 1" of the CN FEA EEU;

in the additional note of the Eurasian Economic Union 4 to group of 84 CN FEA EEU of the word "in subsubline items 8471 41 000 1," shall be replaced with words "in subsubline item";

in the additional note of the Eurasian Economic Union 3 to group of 85 CN FEA EEU of the word "In Subsubline Items 8542 31 100 1 and 8542 31 909 2" shall be replaced with words "In subsubline item 8542 31 100 1";

in the additional note 1 to group of 90 CN FEA EEU to replace the 9015 30 100 code of the CN FEA EEU with the 9015 30 100 0 code of the CN FEA EEU, to replace the codes "9026 10 210, 9026 10 290, 9026 20 200, 9026 80 200" of the CN FEA EEU with the codes "9026 10 210 0, 9026 10 290 0, 9026 20 200 0, 9026 80 200 0" of the CN FEA EEU and to replace the 9030 33 100 code of the CN FEA EEU with the 9030 33 100 0 code of the CN FEA EEU;

in the column of the fourth reference to notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union to exclude;

establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 3;

notes 11 and 13 to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union to recognize invalid;

bring in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union of change according to appendix No. 4;

b) since January 1, 2016 to establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix No. 5.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication, except for the paragraph of the fourth subitem "an" of Item 1.

The paragraph the fourth the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this Decision becomes effective from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 15, 2015 No. 44 "About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning separate types of goods according to obligations of the Russian Federation within the WTO".
