1. Reorganize the Republican state state company "Scientific and Practical Center of Sanitary and Epidemiologic Examination and Monitoring" of Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The scientific and practical center of sanitary and epidemiologic examination and monitoring" of Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company).

2. Determine Committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company.

3. The main object of activity of the company to determine implementation of activities in the field of health care.

4. To committee on consumer protection of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
